Splitsville for Demi and Ashton!

Friday, November 18th, 2011

“When I’m putting up a front, she calls me on it,” This is what Ashton Kutcher told Oprah Winfrey back in April of 2005 about his soon to be wife, Demi Moore. Now 6 years later, Demi has announced the two are divorcing after reports of Kutcher’s infidelity.

Moore, who turned 49 last week and Kutcher, 33 spent their 6th anniversary apart, back in September. Soon after, 22 year old, Sara Lewis claimed that she had sex with Kutcher in his Hard Rock Hotel suite in San Diego during their anniversary weekend. Rumors of Kutcher’s infidelity date back to last year when another 22 year old, Brittany Jones, claimed she had relations with the Two and a Half Men star while Moore was away from their Beverly Hill’s home.

More gave a statement to People.com saying, “It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that I have decided to end my six-year marriage to Ashton.” The duo first met in 2003 and caused headlines due to their 16 year age gap.

Kutcher took to Twitter to voice his opinion on the matter. “I will forever cherish the time I spent with Demi. Marriage is one of the most difficult things in the world and, unfortunately, sometimes they fail.”

Life will go on for the two stars, but Kutcher is estimated to make more money in the future than his middle aged wife. E! News reported that Kutcher earns around $700,000 an episode for Two and a Half Men, not including what he could make if the show goes into syndication. Moore reportedly makes the majority of her earnings with past movie residuals and endorsement deals, topping off around $5 million. Her next movie is the comedy “LOL,” which she stars in with Miley Cyrus.

But the former Striptease and Ghost actress still has her pride. She closed her statement to People.com by adding, “As a woman, a mother and a wife there are certain values and vows that I hold sacred, and it is in this spirit that I have chosen to move forward with my life.” And she still has that body too! She may have to change her Twitter name from @mrskutcher, but hopefully she won’t stop tweeting those bikini pics!

Oprah’s Interview With Michael Jackson’s Children Has Some Fans Upset!

Thursday, November 4th, 2010

Oprah Winfrey is airing an interview with Michael Jackson‘s parents and children on Monday–  Michael’s brother Randy is furious about the circumstances.

Apparently Randy Jackson, has long resented Oprah for doing a show on pedophilia during the jury deliberations of MJ’s molestation trial.

Oprah’s sit-down with MJ’s kids – Prince, Paris and Blanket is scheduled for Monday. The episode airing before it will be  200 Adult Men Who Were Molested Come Forward.

A rep for Oprah’s production company denies that it was planned in tandem –”There is no connection whatsoever between the two shows. This is purely coincidental.”

Maybe, maybe not. But next week, once again, her interview with MJ’s kids will be immediately preceded by … a special on child molestation. Makes you think.

Randy said: “She is the last person on earth he’d want to be around his children.”

What do you think, mere coincidence?
